I have been teaching yoga since 2018, guided by a deep belief in the body's innate ability to heal and restore balance when given the right support.
My own journey has profoundly shaped the way I teach. Following spinal surgery and a challenging recovery process, I gained first hand experience of the physical, emotional and mental impact that pain, limited mobility, and health challenges can have on everyday life.
This experience strengthen my passion for helping others who may be living with chronic pain, mobility limitations, stress, or physical and emotional challenges.
My sessions are designed to provide a safe, supportive, and compassionate space for those who want to care for their wellbeing despite the obstacles they may face.
I offer a therapeutic approach to Yoga that integrates traditional yoga practices with Ayurvedic principles and ThetaHealing meditation techniques. Together, these practices support physical wellbeing, emotional balance, and self-awareness, helping you reconnect with your body's wisdom and feel empowered to become an active participant in your own healing journey.
